Youth Connections
Important Information
Youth Connections provides a safety net for young people who have disengaged from education, or are at risk disengaging, through the provision of tailored case management, mentoring, and alternative education.
The aim of Youth Connections is to support young people to re-connect with education or training and build resilience, skills and attributes that promote positive life choices and wellbeing
Youth Connections is a program for young people aged 13-19 years who are at risk of not making a successful transition through school and from school to further education, training or work.
